“Alleluia Be Our Measure: A Festival of Sacred Arts” is scheduled for May 1-3 at Church of the Holy Communion in Memphis.
The weekend will include workshops in writing and manuscript illumination, a concert premiere, art shows, and the unveiling of a new work of art commissioned for the festival. All events are free. The church requests registration for the workshops, and there is a small materials fee for the illuminated manuscript workshop.
Guest artists are Mel Ahlborn, visual arts; Susan Palo Cherwien, writing; and Bill Roberts, music.
