Funding for the once every 10-year gathering of bishops from around the Anglican Communion is administered by the Anglican Consultative Council (ACC).

    The Rt. Rev. George Leslie Cadigan, who served as Bishop of Missouri for 16 years, died Dec. 14 at his home in Topsham, Maine. He was 95.
