• Lay Pastor at St. George's, Baghdad, Kidnapped

  The lay pastor of St George’s Memorial Church, the Anglican parish in Baghdad, has been kidnapped. The kidnappers have threatened to kill him if the church does not pay them $40,000 within 24 hours.

• Covenant Task Force Invites Response

• Seventh Church this Year Splits in Diocese of Dallas

  The Rev. Canon Victoria Heard, canon missioner for church planting for the Diocese of Dallas, has been named priest-in-charge of Church of the Resurrection in Dallas after a majority of the congregation voted to follow the former rector and form a new congregation affiliated with the Anglican Mission in America.
