The Roman Catholic Church views the outcome of the Lambeth Conference as mostly positive, said Canadian Monsignor Donald Bolen. Monsignor Bolen attended the conference and deals with Anglican-Roman Catholic issues at the Vatican's Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity.
In a interview with the Australian publication The Catholic Leader, Monsignor Bolen said the shape of future dialogue would depend upon how the Anglican Communion implemented the suggestions that garnered support at the conference.
