Following two unfavorable court decisions  Aug. 19, the Diocese of Virginia remains “committed to exploring every option available” to recover property claimed by 11 congregations where the majority voted to leave The Episcopal Church in 2006.
 
In a press release, the diocese said “we look ahead to the October trial and the issues to be considered in the fall.”
