    The doors of Christ Church Cranbrook, Bloomfield Hills, Mich., were open for two services on Christmas Day. All of the 25 largest Episcopal churches in terms of average Sunday attendance held at least one service on Christmas Day this year, the first time since 1994 that Christmas has fallen on a Sunday. Christmas Eve will be the first time since February 2001 that the congregation will worship in the church, which sustained significant structural damage to the nave and sanctuary during the Nisqually "Ash Wednesday" Earthquake.
