RECOMMENDED: Bishop Ted Gulick of Kentucky has been recommended by Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori to be a part-time provisional Bishop of the reorganizing Diocese of Fort Worth. A special election will be held at a reorganizing convention Feb. 7.
