    BLESSINGS ALLOWED: Noting that General Convention “empowered bishops to make ‘generous provision’ regarding pastoral and liturgical ministry to same-sex couples,” Bishop Paul Marshall of Bethlehem (Pa.) said priests in the diocese may now provide church blessings to these couples.
