    NO NEW TRIAL: The Episcopal Church's Court for the Trial of a Bishop has refused to grant the Rt. Rev. Charles Bennison Jr., Bishop of Pennsylvania, a new trial. He was convicted last year of failing to respond appropriately once he knew that his brother had sexually abused a minor.
