Social Media and Evangelism

General Convention’s Task Force for Leveraging Social Media for Evangelism has developed a short survey that will help it determine what Episcopalians seek in using new media for evangelism.

The survey is available in English and in Spanish. The deadline is Sept. 1.

“This survey is designed to identify churchwide attitudes, concerns, and hopes for using social media for evangelism,” the task force said. “What you share here will help us to design materials to prepare a church full of digital storytellers.”

General Convention Resolution A172, “Leveraging Social Media for Jesus,” explains the task force’s charge.
